Affiliate Terms

These are the rules for promoting Ivory Science. They are a condition of holding a referral link or discount code, and they apply from the moment you first use one. Read them before you post anything.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to anyone promoting Ivory using a referral link, discount code, or any other tracked or untracked mention, whether or not commission is payable. They apply to every channel you use: social posts and stories, video, podcasts, email, SMS, paid advertising, websites, forums, and private messages.
2. Research-use framing is not optional
Ivory supplies research compounds for laboratory use only. Every promotion must be consistent with that. You may describe what a compound is, that it is third-party tested, and that certificates are published per lot. You may not present it as something a person takes.
3. Claims you may never make
No disease claims, nothing that says or implies a product can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any condition. No human-body claims, including weight or fat loss, appetite, muscle growth, insulin, recovery, anti-aging, healing, energy, or libido. No comparisons to approved drugs, such as “research-grade [drug name]”, “generic [drug name]”, or “same as [brand]”. No efficacy, results, or performance language aimed at buyers. No clinical or medical framing. These apply whether the claim is stated, implied, joked about, or made in a comment reply.
4. Content you may not publish
Do not publish dosing instructions, administration methods, reconstitution or injection guides, dosing calculators, protocols, stacks, cycles, before-and-after photographs, or personal-use testimonials, including your own experience. Do not pair Ivory products with syringes, needles, or other injection supplies in any image, bundle, or recommendation.
5. Disclose that you are paid
Where you earn commission, disclose it clearly and close to the promotion itself, in line with FTC endorsement guidance. A disclosure buried in a bio, hidden behind “more”, or placed after a fold does not count.
6. Platform rules still apply
You are responsible for complying with the advertising policies of any platform you use. Ivory cannot authorise anything a platform prohibits.
7. Your codes and links
Discount codes and referral links are issued to you personally. Do not sell them, list them on coupon aggregator sites, or bid on Ivory brand terms in paid search without written permission. Codes may not be combined with other offers.
8. Commission and payment
Where commission applies, it is calculated on the discounted product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and any refunded amount. A customer is attributed to the affiliate whose code or link they first used, and remains attributed to them on subsequent orders. Commission on an order that is refunded or charged back is reversed.
9. Ending the arrangement
Ivory may deactivate any code or link at any time, and will do so immediately where a promotion breaches these terms. Commission on sales generated by a promotion that breached these terms is not payable. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
10. Why these rules exist
Ivory’s ability to accept payment depends on its payment processor, whose approval conditions hold Ivory responsible for statements made by its affiliates. A single non-compliant post can put the entire store’s ability to trade at risk, not just your account. If you are unsure whether something is acceptable, ask before you publish it.
If you have read this far and something you had planned now looks doubtful, that instinct is worth acting on. Ask us first, a question costs nothing, and a post that has to be deleted has usually already been screenshotted.
